We currently have 20+ integrations covering major Australian and New Zealand marketplaces, including Amazon AU, eBay AU, Catch, Kogan, Bunnings, Harvey Norman, TradeMe, and more. We also support global platforms like Shopify, Mirakl, and Marketplacer. New connectors are added every quarter.
Our AI uses a three-phase approach: first, it classifies the customer's intent using natural language processing. Then, a deterministic layer assembles the verified facts about the order (no AI involved — just real data). Finally, the AI selects the best response from your predefined policy table. It can never invent answers — only choose from options you've approved.

No. The platform is designed for e-commerce operators, not developers. All marketplace connections, AI configuration, and cost calculations are managed through a user-friendly interface. Our team handles the technical setup during onboarding.
